Czech tax forms in English

just in case anyone is interested in them, an english version of income tax forms for tax year 2008 are available here: http://cds.mfcr.cz/cps/rde/xchg/SID...01.html?yea r=

although they provide an english version, it is for informational purposes only and all forms must be submitted in Czech - the english version is "anglická verze" - sort of cute that they don't provide the name of the form in english though eh?

just in case, here are some key words:

pokyny = instructions on how to complete

přiznání = return

dan z prijmu = income tax

the ones that say "fyzických osob" are personal income tax

the ones that say "pravnických osob" are corporate income tax

not sure what the attachments (příloha) are for 2008 - just from a quick look at my last years return (and only for personal income tax) - attachment no. 1 is for self-employment activities - attachment no. 2 is rental income and other income - if i remember properly 3 is foreign income (but not 100% sure about that)
