You could try the Valmont newsagent's on Masarykova, they have a fair selection of newspapers and few magazines. Not great but better than nothing!

Yes, english language magazines are pretty thin on the ground here in Brno.Maybe some Brno Expats would like to swap magazines they've finished with. Depends on what type of magazines you are interested in I suppose ;)

You can find some in the Tesco of the commercial center Avion, next to olympia.

Used to buy the fashion magazine in English in Tesco, but what kind of magazines are you looking for?

You may want to look at getting an Amazon Kindle. I did and absolutely love it. Besides books, there are tons of English, German, French, etc., newspapers and magazines that you can subscribe to and have the content downloaded directly to your Kindle.
