Buy a castle for 1Kc !

I see from the April edition of "Listy jizni Moravy" you can pick up a castle or chateau in South Moravia for as little as 1Kc! There are several on offer in various parts of the region including Znojmo and Blansko. The catch is of course that as part of the contract of sale you have to agree to restore them to their former glory which will cost at least a few million more crowns. The local councils offer these places as they are not in a position to do up the places themselves. Still they do say an Englishman's castle is his home don't they? or something like that!
