The house has 4 bedrooms, Bathroom, toilet and dressing on the first floor and the ground floor is occupied by a living room, dining room, Kitchen, hallway, toilet and a laundry room.
A global central heating system on gaz and heated floor in the living room, dining room and kitchen make the house very comfortable.
Because of my job, I'm living there, maximum two weekends a month.
Therefore, I'm willing to rent up to 3 rooms of 18, 14, 12, 10 m2 each.
