The room is 15 m2 (double bed in the room, 2 wardrobes, table and chest). The flat is with all equipment (fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board).
It's located in Vinohrady so its only 15 min to city centre and about 40 min to Technologicky Park (Motorola, IBM).
Rent is 5500 Kc inc. utilities and high speed internet (wi-fi).

I would like to rent to French or English speaking girl, but its not requirement.
